Hypnosis is a catalyst for change
All hypnosis is self-hypnosis and enables changes in behaviour to occur because you are working with your sub-conscious mind.
You have found the hypnotist who comes to you.

Hypnosis enables change from within.
Hypnosis works because it operates at the sub-conscious level. That’s where all our behaviours are based and our conscious minds are literally overwhelmed by the drivers of the subconscious mind.
Hypnosis is a wonderful and very safe way to help us make desired improvements in our behaviours and approach to life.
Hypnosis can be used to eliminate bad habits like smoking, nail biting, using mobiles while driving and so much more.
Trance work is a great way to relieve stress and achieve a delightful relaxed state. With a little training, you can move almost instantly from a highly stressed and reactive frame of mind to and much calmer and and controlled place.
Sportsmen and women have achieved their personal best performances with the aid of hypnosis. Students have boosted their academic results after engaging in hypnosis to aid in retention and improved emotional mindset.
Did you know that major medical operations have been undertaken with the patient under hypnosis. One lady was allergic to anaesthetics and under hypnosis had major abdominal surgery.
What does hypnosis feel like?
There are many levels of hypnotic trance. Trance is a natural state that we move in and out of throughout the day. It happens when we “go inside our self” and feel and drift from our immediate activity. We do it driving, reading a book, in a deep conversation and so many everyday activities.
Sometimes we don’t feel any different than normal, other times it may feel like a light daydream and at other times in deep trance it can be likened to sleep but it is not actually sleep.
One of the great benefits of hypnotic trance is the “sleep” restoration effect that is felt on returning to the present after a session. This alone is a great reason for anyone to learn how to enjoy self hypnosis.
